1. Account Creation & Eligibility
Age Requirements: There is no minimum age requirement to use TickrDash. However, users must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms or have parental consent to do so.
Account Credentials: To access the application, you must log in using approved third-party authentication services (Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple).
Data Minimization: We do not collect or store user passwords. Your account identification is linked strictly to your unique email address.
2. Subscriptions, Fees, and External Billing
Subscription Tiers: TickrDash offers subscription plans on a Monthly ($4.99), Quarterly ($11.99), and Annual ($29.99) cadence.
Off-Platform Processing: To ensure compliance and structural data separation, all transaction logging, card handling, and subscription renewals are managed entirely outside the native mobile app stores via Stripe Billing.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the conclusion of the chosen billing cycle unless modified or cancelled by the user via the designated Stripe Customer Portal.
Refund Policy: All fees are processed externally through our payment merchant. We do not offer refunds for any of our subscriptions. See contact information in section 8 below for any further inquiry.
3. Account Disabling and Full Data Erasure
Disabling an Account: You may disable your active TickrDash layouts and pause application access at any time directly through the user interface. Disabling an account stops active layouts but retains your configuration parameters and account identifiers on file.
Permanent Data Erasure: In compliance with global privacy regulations and mobile store frameworks, you retain the absolute right to have your data permanently scrubbed. To completely delete your account, email records, and all linked configurations from our database, you must submit a formal request to support@plinth.technology.
4. Intellectual Property & No User-Generated Content (UGC)
No User Content Hosting: TickrDash is strictly a layout configuration tool using data widgets provided directly by our infrastructure. The application does not permit users to upload, post, stream, or share public user-generated content (UGC).
Trademark "Fair Use" Declaration: The real-time data elements displayed by TickrDash—including live sports scores, team logos, stock symbols, and corporate identifiers—are utilized solely for educational and informational purposes. Displaying these visual shorthands does not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by the respective trademark owners.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Data Limitations
As-Is Provision: TickrDash is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Third-Party Feeds: We pull widgets, live text updates, and scores from external infrastructure pipelines. We make no absolute warranties regarding the real-time accuracy, availability, uptime, or completeness of third-party sports, weather, lottery, or financial data streams.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plinth Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or inability to access, the TickrDash application layouts.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms, along with your operational usage of the app, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located within the State of Illinois.
