The real-time data displayed by TickrDash—including live sports scores, team logos, stock symbols, corporate logos, weather updates, and national lottery game data—is used strictly for informational and educational purposes to aid the user's selection and navigation. A company’s or sports team’s logo is displayed solely as a visual shorthand to help fans, investors, and users quickly identify the specific entity or game day data they wish to follow.
2. Non-Affiliation Statement
Plinth Technology LLC is an independent software company. Plinth Technology LLC and the TickrDash application are IN NO WAY OR FORM affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the sports teams, sports leagues (including but not limited to the NFL, MLB, or Premier League), corporate entities, stock exchanges, national lottery jurisdictions, or third-party data providers whose information is displayed within the app.
3. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) & Removal Requests
Plinth Technology respects intellectual property rights. If you are a trademark owner, brand manager, or authorized representative and believe that a display logo, symbol, or graphic asset within TickrDash is used in a manner that infringes upon your copyright or trademark rights outside fair use principles, please reach out to us.

4. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership
Owner Property: All third-party product names, logos, brands, and trademarks displayed on the TickrDash platform are the property of their respective owners and are protected under United States and international trademark and copyright laws.
No Endorsement: Displaying these assets does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or a commercial relationship between Plinth Technology LLC and the respective trademark holders.
Downstream Restrictions: Any unauthorized interception, redistribution, or secondary commercial use of these logos or data streams by the end-user is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action by the respective trademark owners.
We deeply respect the intellectual property rights of all teams, leagues, and corporations. If you are an official representative of a team, league, or corporation and believe your logo or asset is being displayed in a way that infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you may request its removal.
We reserve the right to remove any logo, icon, or data widget from TickrDash at any time, for any reason, including direct requests from trademark owners or if we believe a specific display could conflict with intellectual property guidelines.
